Return, Refund, and Warranty Policies

At Helio Aesthetics, we stand behind the quality of our Red Light Therapy devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

 

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—undamaged, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or accidents.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers (only products bought directly from helioaesthetics.com are eligible).
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital content.

 

3. Return Process

  1. To start a return, email us at [support@helioaesthetics.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • If the product is returned damaged or missing components, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 30%.

 

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a replacement device or part at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

 

6. Warranty Coverage

Helio Aesthetics devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling. See our Warranty policy befor full details.

 

7. Trial Policy

Certain promotions may include a “risk-free trial.” If stated at the time of purchase, products may be returned within the trial period for a full refund (excluding shipping). All trial returns must still follow the condition and return process requirements listed above.

Warranty Policy

At Helio Aesthetics, we are committed to providing premium, clinically-inspired red light therapy devices built to last. All of our products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty to give you confidence in your purchase.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of the product for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Covered under this warranty:

  • Device malfunctions not caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Manufacturing defects in hardware, wiring, or LEDs
  • Premature failure of components under normal operating conditions

 

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic changes)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Commercial use unless otherwise stated
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers

 

3. Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Helio Aesthetics will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or
  • Refund the purchase price if neither repair nor replacement is practical

Shipping costs for warranty claims:

  • Helio Aesthetics will cover return shipping for defective products within the U.S.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact [support@helioaesthetics.com] with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photo or video evidence of the defect if requested.
  3. Once approved, we’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund as outlined above.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Helio Aesthetics’ responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described above.
We are not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Any claims exceeding the original purchase price

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

 

6. Consumer Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.
