At Helio Aesthetics, we aim to deliver your red-light therapy products quickly and securely. Below you’ll find details on processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for orders over $100.
  • Orders under $100 may incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
  • Typical delivery time: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

 

3. International Shipping

  • Helio Aesthetics ships internationally to select countries.
  • Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local authorities.
  • Delivery times may vary widely by region, typically 7–21 business days.

 

4. Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after your order has left our warehouse.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (due to size restrictions of certain devices).
  • Countries where import regulations prohibit red light therapy devices.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

 

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Helio Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

 

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Estimated shipping dates will be listed on product pages if an item is on pre-order or backorder.
