- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
- During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for orders over $100.
- Orders under $100 may incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
- Typical delivery time: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
3. International Shipping
- Helio Aesthetics ships internationally to select countries.
- Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local authorities.
- Delivery times may vary widely by region, typically 7–21 business days.
4. Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after your order has left our warehouse.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (due to size restrictions of certain devices).
- Countries where import regulations prohibit red light therapy devices.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

- If your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
